The EP Sessions: Day Four

Oh me oh my, am I ever psyched. Last night's session went *so* well. Kathryn, my cellist, was an ace--she knew exactly what I wanted, despite my inarticulate attempts to tell her what that was ("like, you know, like... nice, long lines. And stuff?"). Then we moved on to the remaining drum-less songs and Johnny just *nailed* them. Some seriously heavy groove was achieved, I believe. We just zipped through everything and we were out by 11. Whew! Sometimes the studio gods are smilin'...

So, Monday next we add Various Other Stuff: bass, guitars, backup vocals, shakers, whatever we get it in our pretty little heads that we need. Then that should be it, and the mixing shall commence.
