Gigs!

Well, I've had a pleasant day. I tidied up the apartment, baked a berry crumble while I listened to some lovely music (Scott Cooper, I'm looking in your direction)--AND I booked some fun new gigs.

First off, I'm going to be playing live on CIUT (U of Toronto's awesome radio station) on Jan. 31, the morning before my gig at Free Times Cafe. The show is called Take 5, and it should be way fun! Second, I booked a show at the lovely Casa del Popolo in Montreal on May 11. My birthday is the 9th, and the 11th is Mother's Day, so I think this all adds up to a sweet, family-and-friends jamboree. Friends I haven't met yet are more than welcome, too! Can't wait--I miss Montreal so much, and love love love going back there to play.

Looks like it's going to be a busy 2008! Yay!
